Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is down to just $33 for PS5 today
That's a huge discount and, if you can believe it, even better than Black Friday.

If you've been holding off on Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth because, well, games are expensive, here's your sign to finally grab it. Woot has slashed the price for PS5 down to just $32.99, which is a straight-up wild 53 per-cent discount considering this thing launched at $70 only last year.

It's an insanely good deal for one of the most ambitious titles Square Enix has put out, and it’s unlikely to get much cheaper anytime soon. Woot, being Amazon's little deal-hungry sibling, is known for dropping massive discounts out of nowhere, but they don’t stick around forever. The retailer even has it's own Spring Sale ongoing at the moment as well, if you want to consider any more of their latest discounts.
If you've got even a passing interest in playing one of the biggest RPGs ever made, now's probably the time—unless you enjoy paying more for the same game later. The discount is even better than the UK right now as well, with Amazon UK still listing the game for £47.77 at the time of publication.
And FF7 Rebirth deserves your attention. As Alex Donaldson said in his review for VG247, it's "arguably the single most ambitious title Square has ever produced—except for the game whose legacy it is chasing, of course." That ambition is part of what makes it shine, but it’s also what causes a few hiccups along the way. “I didn’t glide through this game in as frictionless a way as I did Remake,” but there’s a reason the game still sticks with you: “the vibes on Rebirth are superior—it’s a game with feeling, with heart, with joy in its excess.”
These kinds of deals don’t stick around long, and once it’s gone, you’ll be kicking yourself for missing it. If you’ve been on the fence, now’s the time to grab it.
