1. Open Pokemon TCG Pocket and note down your Support ID. To find your Support ID, press the menu in the lower right-hand corner (it's below the Missions button), and your Support ID will be shown above your username here.



2. Open the Pokemon TCG Pocket Gift Code web page on desktop or mobile.
3. Input your Support ID here, as well as the code you want to redeem. Remember that gift codes do not use the following letters: O, I, Z, A, E, or U.
4. Press ‘Send’ to redeem.
5. Restart your Pokemon TCG Pocket app and press the gift icon in the top right-hand corner to accept your gifts.
